My Hubby's Beer Snack: Fried Fish Sausage

My hubby loves fish sausages, and is proud of this recipe. It's classic "guy"-style home cooking.


Fish sausages
1 scant tablespoon
Cracked black pepper
to taste


1. Slice the sausages diagonally. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the sausage until browned.
2. Sprinkle on a generous amount of cracked black pepper. The sausages are done when they are close to becoming burnt.
3. If you have the time, top them with a sunny-side-up egg. The creaminess of the egg yolk is divine.

These look great when my hubby makes them. They get gobbled up in an instant when the kids are around. After carefully watching him make them, I put together this recipe.
