Morroccan Beans with Garlic and Bacon

The crunchiness of Moraccan beans and the crispy garlic and bacon form the ultimate combination.

Ingredients: 1-2 people

Moroccan beans (wide-width green beans)
about 10
4-5 slices
1 clove
Olive oil
a little
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Soy sauce
a small amount


1. These are Moroccan beans. Boil quickly in lots of water for 2-3 minutes and chop them.
2. Fry the sliced garlic and ham in olive oil until crisp, making sure it doesn't burn.
3. Add the boiled beans and mix over high heat, adding salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Add just enough soy sauce to give it a nice aroma..
4. Finished.
