Easy Tartar Sauce in the Microwave

This is an easy tartar sauce that doesn't require making a boiled egg. You can just microwave the egg.


8 tablespoons
★ Lemon juice or vinegar, sugar
2 teaspoons of each
★ Fresh finely chopped parsley (or dried parsley)
1 tablespoon
★ Onion (finely chopped)
★ Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Crack the eggs open into a heatproof container and cut slits into the yolks with a toothpick.
2. Heat uncovered in the microwave at 700 W for 1:30~2:00. [If using 500 W, heat for 2:30.]
3. Once cooked and still hot, use a whisk.
4. Mash until finely crumbled.
5. Next, add the ★ ingredients and mix well to finish.
