Simple & Hospitable ✿ Fried Chicken Tenderloin Sticks ✿

I cut these crisp yet soft and flavorful fried chicken tenderloins into sticks as finger food.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chicken tenderloin
a small amount

1/2 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Flour (cake flour)
as needed
Beaten egg
as needed
Tonkatsu Sauce (optional)
to taste
Ketchup (optional)
to taste
Frying oil
as needed


1. Remove the sinew from the chicken, butterfly, and cut vertically into 3 pieces. ※You can cut smaller tenderloins into 2 pieces♪
2. Place Step 1 into a dish, add the ★ ingredients and mix it all together.
3. Cover the chicken from Step 2 with flour, beaten egg, and panko in that order. Deep fry in oil at 180°C until golden brown.
4. Arrange on a plate and then they're done. ※Depending on how you are arranging them, cut the longer ones in half if necessary and serve as finger food ♪
5. They're flavorful without sauce, but if you prefer, eat with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup.
