Extremely Easy Dry Curry

So easy - it only takes 10 minutes, and it's really tasty!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground beef
360 g
Vegetable juice
enough to immerse the meat
White wine (or cooking sake)
2 tablespoons
Consomme cubes
2 cubes
Curry powder
3-4 teaspoons
Soy sauce
as needed


1. I recommend you use a Teflon or a non-stick frying pan. Oil will come out of the meat, so fry the ground beef without oil.
2. Add vegetable juice and white wine (or cooking sake) until the meat is covered.
3. Add consomme and curry powder, mixing in an appropriate amount at a time, and fry until the juice evaporates.
4. Once it has evaporated, pour soy sauce, transfer to a serving plate with rice, and it's ready to eat!
