Slice cucumbers thinly and sprinkle salt. Let rest. Soak the wakame in water to rehydrate.
Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. Put ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Wash the salt off the cucumber and squeeze excess water. Drain the wakame and chop if necessary.
Combine octopus, cucumber, wakame and dried baby sardines in a bowl, add the ☆ ingredients and mix.
Transfer to a serving plates and top it with grated ginger to finish.

I made this because I like vinegared dishes.
Be sure to drain the cucumber and wakame well. Once you've mixed the ☆ ingredients, taste, and add soy sauce if necessary. Tubed grated ginger is fine too. Adjust the amount of sardines to your liking. You don't have to use them.
