Roughly cut the cabbage and slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the garlic, cabbage, and bacon.
Once the garlic becomes fragrant and the butter has coated the ingredients, add the ＊ ingredients and raise the heat to high.
Once it comes to a boil, add in the pasta, lower the heat to medium, and boil for 7 minutes (or the time instructed on the package).
Stop the heat and season with black pepper.
Serve on a dish and sprinkle with black pepper and/or parsley. Top with butter for a finishing touch.
Story Behind this Recipe
A light soup combined with the rich flavor of butter is so delicious So I decided to add some filling pasta.
If you raise the heat too high the soup will boil off, so only keep the heat at about medium so that the soup simmers gently. Since you want to enjoy this delicious soup until the very last bite, adjust the seasoning with salt.
