Boil the okra and cut it into thin slices. Tear up the crab sticks and cut their lengths into 2-4 portions. Peel and grate the daikon radish and lightly drain off excess moisture.
Combine all of the ingredients except for the mentsuyu into a bowl and mix well until it becomes slightly sticky from okra.
Taste the flavor and if it tastes a little too light, add some mentsuyu. Now your salad is ready to eat!!

I ate this as a side dish when I went to a restaurant for lunch. I thought it tasted delicious so tried to make it at home.

I wanted to use a whole pack of okra and an entire jar of nameko mushrooms so I made a lot of salad. It's delicious served with chilled tofu and chilled pasta. You could also try using it as a topping for somen noodles.
