Easy! Sticky Okra Salad

I wanted to recreate the flavor of an okra salad that I ate in a restaurant.

Ingredients: 4-6 servings

1 pack (8-10 pods)
Imitation crab sticks
Daikon radish
4 cm
Nameko mushrooms
1 jar (120 g)
as needed


1. Boil the okra and cut it into thin slices. Tear up the crab sticks and cut their lengths into 2-4 portions. Peel and grate the daikon radish and lightly drain off excess moisture.
2. Combine all of the ingredients except for the mentsuyu into a bowl and mix well until it becomes slightly sticky from okra.
3. Taste the flavor and if it tastes a little too light, add some mentsuyu. Now your salad is ready to eat!!

I ate this as a side dish when I went to a restaurant for lunch. I thought it tasted delicious so tried to make it at home.
