Green Peppers, Chikuwa, and Shio-Kombu Stir-Fry

Green peppers and chikuwa stir-fried with shio-kombu produces a surprisingly simple and delicious dish. Since it's so colorful, it makes a nice bento filler, too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chikuwa

Green pepper
1
Shio-kombu
8g
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the green peppers and chikuwa vertically into strips.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, then add sesame oil and stir-fry the green peppers and chikuwa.
3. After the mixture is heated, stir in the shio-kombu and turn off the heat. Add sesame seeds to taste.
4. Arrange on a plate and enjoy.
