Green peppers and chikuwa stir-fried with shio-kombu produces a surprisingly simple and delicious dish. Since it's so colorful, it makes a nice bento filler, too.
I created this recipe for a shio-kombu recipe contest.
Cut the green peppers and chikuwa strips the same size as the shio-kombu strips for a nice presentation. I used the Fujikko brand of shio-kombu.
