Easy and Rich-Flavored Carbonara with Milk & Egg Yolk

This pasta is easy and very rich-flavored. The key is cutting the bacon into fairly thick strips!

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
4 slicess
Egg yolks
200 ml
〇Grated cheese
to taste
〇Sliced cheese
2 ~ 3 sheets
〇Consommé (granules or powder)
2 teaspoons
Black pepper
to taste
to taste


1. Cook the pasta with salt according to the instructions on the package. Use plenty of salt!
2. Cut the bacon into bite-size strips, and stir-fry in a pan.
3. After stir-frying the bacon, pour in the milk, and cook for a little while over medium heat.
4. Tear the sliced cheese into thin strips, and add to the pan. Add the rest of the 〇 ingredients.
5. When the cheese starts to melt, add the freshly cooked pasta, and mix.
6. When mixed well, turn off the heat. Pour in the egg yolks, and mix quickly!
7. Sprinkle with black pepper, and serve onto a plate, then done.
