Autumn Grape and Walnut Tart Cake

A cake for the autumn season that's full of grapes and accented with walnuts. It doesn't use butter, so it's also cheap to make.

Ingredients: 16 cm tart

Cake flour
50 g
Almond flour
30 g
○ Vegetable oil
40 g
○ Sugar
60 g
Egg (room temperature)
★ Grapes
★ Walnuts
To taste


1. Thoroughly mix the ○ ingredients together, then mix in the egg. Add the almond flour and cake flour one at a time and mix well.
2. Lightly grease a tart pan and pour in the batter.
3. Cut the grapes in half and arrange on top of the batter.
4. Fill in the gaps with crushed walnuts.
5. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 30~35 minutes and it's done.
