Pan-fried Autumn Salmon with Ginger Sauce

This salmon dish is easy to cook with just a frying pan. The sweet and sour ginger sauce on rice is also appetizing and the sauce adds a delicious shine.

I made this salmon dish because I always end up seasoning it the same way.
