Low-Carb Low-Sugar Fluffy Okara Doughnuts

For those who are cutting carbs, this is great! It's also pretty good just as a regular dish too! It's very delicious.
These doughnuts are healthy and fluffy.

Ingredients: Makes 45 bite-sized doughnuts

Egg (medium size)
Silken tofu
100 g
Fresh okara
110 g
Gluten (wheat protein)
50 g
Artificial sweetener
30 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla oil
5-6 drops


1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix well.
2. Form the dough into bite-sized pieces and flatten them slightly.
3. Start to fry them on a low temperature and once they start to turn lightly golden, raise the heat and cook until they are fully golden brown.
4. Put some jam on top. It makes these taste like Berliner doughnuts. If you're on a low-carb diet, then have some low-sugar jam.
