5-Minute Easy Mulūkhīya Shira-ae

5-Minute Easy Mulūkhīya Shira-ae

A vegetable that cooks through quickly, mulūkhīya is so nutritious that it's like a natural medicine. Make this dish in 5 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1/2 a bunch
Tofu (your choice of tofu)
about 50 g
Flavoring ingredients:
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds

1. Rinse the mulūkhīya, boil in salt water, then coarsely chop. Also chop the part of the stalk that is tender.
2. Combine the mulūkhīya, tofu, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and sugar, and toss with chopsticks. The consistency will become paste-like.
3. Chill before serving for best results.
4. Because of the mucin (viscous substance) in mulūkhīya, the tofu will not become watery, so you don't even have to drain it.
