Everybody's Favorite Sweet and Salty Chicken Soboro

Everyone in my family loves this. You can add egg soboro to make a "2-colored soboro" dish.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Minced (ground) chicken
200 g
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 to 3 tablespoons
Grated ginger
to taste

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients in a frying pan. Before turning on the heat give it a good stir.
2. Over medium to low heat, stir with four chopsticks held together.
3. When most of the water has evaporated, it's done!
4. I ate it over rice. You can mix it into the rice too.
