Tender Chicken Piccata with Black Vinegar - A 15 Minute Dinner

Both chicken breasts and black vinegar are filled with antioxidants which help to alleviate summer exhaustion! Since the chicken is pan fried, only a small amount of oil is needed. These are done in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Chicken breast

Black Vinegar
2 tablespoons
Dashida
1+ tablespoons to taste
Sake
2 tablespoons
Egg
1
Plain flour
2 spoonfuls (depending on consistency)
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the chicken into thin bite-sized pieces. Combine the ingredients and rub into the chicken. Pan-fry in a frying pan with sesame oil.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is a variation of my pan-fried chicken breast or pacific saury. Recently I've been try a lot of recipes using Mizkan brand seasonings. This requires no marinating time so it's good for busy days.
