Okara Ball Salad

This is a variation on the standard okara salad! I topped it with some lemon jelly!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Smoked salmon or cured ham
4 or 5 slices
Okara salad (Recipe ID: 1884786)
as needed
Finely chopped parsley
a small amount
Lemon jelly (4 to 5 servings)
★Lemon juice concentrate
50 ml
50 ml
★Powdered kanten
1/2 teaspoon


1. Make the okara salad (Recipe ID: 1884786) without the ham. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. Put the lemon jelly ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Transfer to a dish and cool in the refrigerator until hardened.
3. Put plastic wrap over a tea cup or a deep dish, then top with salmon so that there are no gaps.
4. Put the okara salad on top.
5. Use the plastic wrap to roll it up into a ball. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
6. Transfer to a plate and top with the lemon jelly and chopped parsley.
7. This time, I made it with jelly, but it's okay without it! You can also garnish it with lemon slices!
