Curry Flavored Summer Eggplant Stir Fry

Ingredients: 2 servings

Eggplants (slim Japanese type)

Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
○Curry powder
1 teaspoon
○Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 tablespoons
○Water
50 ml
○Mirin
1 tablespoon
○Sugar
1 teaspoon
Toasted white sesame seeds

Steps
