I made a delicious mentsuyu egg dashimaki. After many trials and errors, I found the perfect ratio.

Ingredients: Makes 2

Eggs
4
Water
4 tablespoons
Mentsuyu (triple concentrated)
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

3. After that, cook it till it's golden brown!
