Easy and Tasty! Teriyaki Konnyaku for Dieters

This dish uses konnyaku, a low calorie and healthy ingredient.

Ingredients: 1 serving

[Teriyaki Konnyaku Seasoning Sauce]
Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon


1. Slice the konnyaku into 5 mm long pieces. Make a cut in the center of each piece. Take one end of the konnyaku and pull it through the hole in the center to give it a twisted look.
2. Boil the twisted konnyaku well.
3. [ Teriyaki Konnyaku Seasoning Sauce: ] Put the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and the cooked konnyaku into a plastic bag and mix well.
4. Spread the vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, and add the mixed ingredients from Step 3. Stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, simmer to reduce, and it's done.
5. Enjoy this well-seasoned and healthy dish!
