Soy Milk Banana Coffee Smoothie

Blending slightly bitter coffee with banana results in a delicious smoothie.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Frozen banana
about 50 g
Sweetened coffee
50 ml
Processed soy milk
50 ml
Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon
Cornflakes (optional)
as needed
Cinnamon powder (optional)
as needed

Steps

1. Put the frozen bananas in the blender. (I freeze sliced bananas, then cut each slice in half.)
2. Add the processed soy milk, sweetened coffee, and unsweetened yogurt, then pulse. (I use this kind of coffee).
3. Pour the mixture into a glass of ice, top with crushed cornflakes, sprinkle with cinnamon, then it's ready to drink.
