Easy Yogurt No-Bake Cheesecake

This is a no-bake (or rare) cheesecake that doesn't include heavy cream. I used lots of refreshing yogurt, which is perfect for the summer. Give it a try!

Ingredients: 18 cm cookie crust

Cream cheese
200 g
150 g
100 ml
70 g
Powdered gelatin
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Store-bought cookie tart


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Return the cream cheese to room temperature. Add in the sugar, and mix until smooth.
3. Add in the lemon juice, milk, and dissolved gelatin to Step 2 and mix.
4. Add in the yogurt, and mix well.
5. Pour into the mold, and smooth out the surface.
6. Chill for about an hour to solidify.
7. Done!

Story Behind this Recipe

It is hot these days, so I wanted to eat something cold and refreshing.
This is a family favorite!
I gave this cake to my friend afterwards!
