Return the cream cheese to room temperature. Add in the sugar, and mix until smooth.
Add in the lemon juice, milk, and dissolved gelatin to Step 2 and mix.
Add in the yogurt, and mix well.
Pour into the mold, and smooth out the surface.
Chill for about an hour to solidify.
Story Behind this Recipe
It is hot these days, so I wanted to eat something cold and refreshing. This is a family favorite! I gave this cake to my friend afterwards! (By the way, that white reflection in the back of the photo...will hopefully become a standard feature of all my recipe top photos from now on...)
This recipe is difficult to mess up. By the way, I made this with plain yogurt. I think it may be a good idea to reduce the amount of sugar used by using sweetener. Incidentally, I bought the cookie tart crust at the store for 280 yen.
