This is a simple dish of shiitake mushrooms sautéed in butter and soy sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shiitake mushrooms

Garlic soy sauce or soy sauce

Butter
10 g
Shichimi seasoning
to taste

Steps

1. Remove the stems from the shiitake and make small criss-crosses in the surfaces.
2. Heat a frying pan, add the butter and the shiitake and fry them on both sides. Finally, add the soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.
3. Transfer them to a serving plate and season with shichimi spice.
