10 Minute Soft Creamy Egg, Canned Mackerel and Cabbage Dish

Try this when you need one more dish on the table.
Mix it all up with the soft-set egg. It's delicious!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Canned mackerel in broth
1 can
Cabbage
1/4
Eggs
2
●Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
●Sugar
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 scant tablespoon

Steps

1. Put the canned mackerel in a pan with the broth, and slightly flake.
2. Put roughly chopped up cabbage on top of the mackerel, and add the ● flavoring ingredients.
3. Cook over low-medium heat with a lid on. Stir it up occasionally, and simmer until the cabbage browns (about 5 minutes or so).
4. When everything is cooked through, drop an egg on top, cover with a lid and cook until the surface of the egg turns white.
