Vegetable Juice Bread

Vegetable Juice Bread

I used a juice that had 30 different types of vegetables to make this bread.
The version I recommend is a bacon, egg and lettuce sandwich.

Ingredients: Makes 6 rolls

Bread (strong) flour
160 g
Cake flour
40 g
Sugar (light brown sugar)
3 tablespoons
a bit less than 1/2 teaspoon
Dry yeast
3 g
Vegetable Juice
100 g
40 g
Margarine (or butter)
1 tablespoon

1. Put all of the ingredients in a bread maker and let it make the dough. Have it run till the first rise is complete.
2. A. Divide the dough into 6 portions. B. Make them into round balls. C. Cover them with a wrung out damp towel and let them rest for 15 minutes.
3. D. Punch down the dough. E. Form the dough into oblong shapes. (If you have a tray, then lightly coat the tray with spray oil and then put the dough in.)
4. Let the dough rise a second time till it doubles in size. Once it's done rising, preheat your oven to 190℃.
5. Sprinkle the rolls with bread flour bake at 190℃ for 10-12 minutes.
6. These are freshly baked.
7. I made a bacon, egg, and lettuce sandwich
8. Here is the round roll version.

Story Behind this Recipe

I took vegetable juice that I drink and made it into a baked bread.
