I made this healthy, colorful and nutritionally balanced salad with my favorite ingredients, mixed beans and cottage cheese.
*The tomato and cucumber are cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes. I thinly sliced the onion, but you can also chop it too. *Soak the onions in water if desired (I used Early Red) *For the oil, I recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
