Bean and Cottage Cheese Salad

This is a light and healthy salad with beans and cottage cheese.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mixed beans
1 pack (50 g)
Tomato
1 medium
Cucumber
1
Onion
1/4 small
Corn
1 tablespoon
Cottage Cheese
2 tablespoons
◎Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
◎Herb salt
1/4 teaspoon~
◎Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Black pepper
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the vegetables into the sizes of your preference. In a bowl, combine the ◎ marked ingredients well.
2. Save some cheese as a topping, and mix other ingredients quickly in a mixing bowl.
3. Garnish with the cottage cheese and sprinkle on the black pepper if desired.
