Shiitake Mushroom Mayonnaise & Cheese Bake with Shichimi Spice

I coated shiitake mushrooms with mayonnaise, sprinkled them with grated cheese and shichimi spice, and baked them. They're easy and great as a snack or appetizer.

Shiitake mushrooms

Mayonnaise (low calorie type)
2 tablespoons
Green onions (finely sliced)

Shichimi spice

Steps

1. Remove the shiitake mushroom stems and arrange on foil. Coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
2. Top with green onions and sprinkle with shichimi spice. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
