Easy and Simple Mackerel Sukiyaki

Ingredients: 4 servings

Sake

Steps

1. Buy halved mackerel fillets, cut each half into three, and blanch in hot water.
2. Finely slice the carrot, green peppers, onion and green onion. Grate the ginger.
3. When the konbu seaweed has softened, put all the ingredients in and turn the heat on.
4. Simmer over a medium heat until the cooking sauce thickens. And it's done.
