Ingredients: 2 servings

Somen noodles
2 bundles
Natto
1 pack
Mulukhiya (Jew's Mallow)
1 bundle
Mentsuyu (Recipe ID: 1900791)
to taste

Steps

1. Boil the mulukhiya, bleach in water, drain, and chop finely.
2. Boil the somen noodles, rinse in ice water, drain.
3. Arrange the somen on a dish and top with the mulukhiya and natto. Pour over the thinned mentsuyu.
