Black Sesame and Banana Soy Milk Smoothie

This is a rich and delicious drink that is sweet and cold.

Ingredients

Banana

Soy milk (or milk)
100 ml
Black sesame seed paste
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Slice the banana into rounds, then freeze. If you're in a hurry, putting the bananas on top of ice packs will help speed up the process.
2. Put the frozen banana, soy milk, and black sesame paste in a blender, and pulse until smooth.
3. After pouring it into a cup, it's ready to drink! I floated a slice of banana on top.
4. This is the black sesame paste I used.
