Honey & Lemon Marinated Cherry Tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes
1 pack
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon


1. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
2. Make the marinade. Place the honey and lemon juice into a storage container (such as Tupperware, etc.) and mix well.
3. Boil water in a pot and add the cherry tomatoes. After 10 seconds, immediately soak them in cold water.
4. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and add to the marinade from Step 2. Use a spoon to scoop the marinade over the tomatoes to gently blend in the flavors.
5. Chill in the refrigerator and it's done.
