Refreshing Bavarian Cream With Kiwifruit

How about some cups of fluffy Bavarian cream topped with mizuame syrup-coated kiwifruit! The sweet and sour kiwifruit gives the Bavarian cream a subtle, refreshing sweetness!

Ingredients: makes eleven 100 ml cups

450 ml
9 g
Heavy cream
150 ml
60 g
Kiwi fruit
Mizuame syrup (store-bought)
3-4 tablespoons


1. Use an electric mixer to beat the sugar and heavy cream until thick.
2. Combine milk and gelatin in a pot, and whisk over heat. When it starts to boil, cool it over a bowl of ice-cold water.
3. Add Step 2 into the bowl from Step 1 and mix.
4. Pour Step 3 into cups and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. (If your cups are large, then chill for about 45-60 minutes.)
5. Finely slice the kiwifruit, put it in a bowl, and coat with the mizuame syrup.
6. Put 5 slices of kiwifruit on top of each of the bowls from Step 4 to finish.
