Avocado Gratin with a Whole Tomato

The tomato cups hold the melted cheese and avocado. An easy and delicious side dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

◯ Tuna
1/2 can (40 g)
〇 Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons
◯ Krazy Salt (or salt and pepper)
to taste
◯ Garlic powder
to taste
to taste
Fresh parsley
to taste


1. Remove the blossom ends of the tomato and carve out the inside with a spoon. Be careful not to tear the skin!! Discard the excess liquid.
2. Cut the avocado and the inside of the tomato from Step 1 into cubes. Combine with the ◯ ingredients and mix in a bowl.
3. Fill the tomato cups from Step 1 with the fillings from Step 2. Scatter some cheese and bake in the toaster oven for less than 5 minutes.
4. Top with some parsley as you like, and it's done. Eat with a spoon or bite into it.
