Mozuku Seaweed & Cucumber

This is a quick macrobiotic dish for summer made with thin slices of cucumber seasoned with salt and dressed with mozuku seaweed.

Ingredients

Mozuku seaweed ( in vinegar)
160 g
Cucumber
1
Ginger juice
to taste
Salt
to taste
Soy sauce
to taste

Steps

1. Slice the cucumber into small strips and rub them with salt. When the cucumber strips have wilted, drain the cucumber.
2. Mix the flavoured mozuku seaweed with the cucumber and add the ginger juice. Adjust the taste to your liking with soy sauce.
