Sauteed Bonito and Garlic ♪

The bonito skin is crispy with a generous about of garlic sauce on top. It goes well with wine. ♪


Bonito (Sashimi grade)
4 pieces
1 clove
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
To taste
Plain flour
As needed
As much as you like


1. Cut the fish into 5 pieces. Cover with salt and pepper. Peel and crush the garlic.
2. In a plastic bag, add the flour and fish and shake until thinly coated.
3. In a pan, fry olive oil and garlic over low heat. When the garlic is golden, take it out.
4. Place the fish skin down on the pan and cook on medium heat until the skin is crispy. Cook the other side the same way.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and add garlic on top. Pour lemon juice and enjoy.

I had some leftover fish, so I made this.
