Okra Natto

I topped natto with seasonal okra. This dish is especially good for when you're lacking an appetite.


Natto (fermented soy beans)
1 pack
Soy sauce
to taste
Japanese mustard
to taste


1. Boil the okra in salted water, cool, and thinly slice. Put the natto in a dish and top with the okra.
