Cucumbers with Shiso and Mayonnaise Dip

Enjoy fresh cucumber sticks with a wasabi flavored shiso-mayonnaise dip.


As much as you like
◆ Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
◆ Shiso leaves
7 to 8
◆ Wasabi paste
about 1 teaspoon (or 2 cm from a tube)


1. Finely chop the shiso leaves. (Wash the shiso leaves first, and roll them up to make chopping them easier.) Cut the cucumbers in half, then into sticks.
2. Put the ◆ ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix well, and it's done!
4. Transfer to serving plates and serve!
