Korean Miso Sauce for Rolled Sushi

I'm very proud of this special sauce that can be made so easily just by using a measuring spoon and basic ingredients.
It's such an easy-to-eat flavor that even kids use it all up!

Ingredients: Easy-to-make portions

Blended miso
5 tablespoons
5 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
Garlic, grated (or tubed)
1 clove
1 tablespoon


1. Combine the miso and the sugar. Add in the vinegar and mix well.
2. Add the mirin and the garlic, and mix well. It's done!
