Non-fried Cornmeal Chips

I had no corn flour, so I substituted it with cornmeal and it worked well. I made the chips without frying.

Ingredients: to make 1 sheet

50 g
White flour
50 g
Salt and black pepper
1/2 teaspoon each
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
For finishing:
Garam masala and chilli powder
a small amount


1. Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.
2. Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.
3. Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin. Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the dough for 20 minutes. Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes. Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder. They're ready.
