Mushrooms (like shimeji)
50 - 80 g

Consomme soup stock granules
1/2 tablespoon
Canned tomatoes

1. Make the hamburger mixture.
2. Saute the garlic, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pan fry one side of the hamburgers. It's fine if the burgers don't cook all the way through, just so long as both sides are nicely browned.
4. Add the canned tomatoes and the consomme to Step 2.
5. Add the hamburgers to the tomato sauce.
6. Steam for about 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
7. Done. You can eat them just like this, but there's a few more steps involved.
8. Put each hamburger along with the sauce into a ovenproof dish.
9. Top with cherry tomatoes and okra. Sprinkle with cheese.
10. Then, top with panko and butter. Bake in the oven until browned.
11. Done!
12. Sprinkle with parsley.
