How to Make a Beautiful Egg Salad Sandwich

Boil the egg at night, then sandwich it in the morning.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Sliced sandwich bread
2 slices
1 to 2
1 slice
as needed
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Boil the egg(s), and break apart while hot. Season with salt and pepper, then chill overnight in refrigerator.
2. The next day, add the mayonnaise to balance the flavors. Sandwich ham, cucumbers, and the egg salad between the sliced bread, and serve.
3. Recipe Tip: To let the flavors meld together easily, season with salt and pepper while hot, and add the mayonnaise after it cools!
