I saw this way of cutting cucumbers once on a TV program when I was in middle school.
Step 1 - Cut diagonal 1 mm thick cuts (You can see it a bit in the pictures). Cut 2/3 of the way through. You can eat it right away, but it's best if you let it sit for at least an hour (in the refrigerator). Adjust the amount of sesame oil to taste.
