Super Easy Tomato Salad

A cold appetizer that you'll make over and over again!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tomato

Sugar

Salt
2 pinches
Tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Scald the tomato in boiling water, peel the skin, cut in half, remove the seeds, then cube into 1 cm pieces.
2. Mix the A ingredients, combine with the tomato, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The tomato should be well chilled before serving.
3. You can also use cherry tomatoes. All you need to do is parboil to remove the skin, then toss with the seasonings.
