Simple & Healthy Okara Salad

This is just like a potato salad, just more nutritious!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Fresh okara
150 g
Onion (sliced)
4-5 slices
Sugar (light brown sugar)
2 teaspoons
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Soy milk (unprocessed)
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Warm the fresh okara in the microwave, and then cool (600 W for about 2 minutes.)
2. Soak the sliced onion in water. Cut the cucumber and ham too!
3. Add the lemon juice, sugar, and soy milk to the bowl with the okara. Mix it together to blend the flavors.
4. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and flavor with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
