Garlic & Salt Yakisoba with Shio-Koji

This yakisoba is made with shio-koji. Since it also has some garlic powder, it will definitely increase your appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese-style noodles
2 servings
Bacon or thinly sliced pork offcuts
2 slices or 100 g
Carrot (medium)
Green peppers
Hot water
2 tablespoons
Chicken soup stock granules or Weipa
1 teaspoon
Shio koji
1 tablespoon (Recipe ID: 1747815)
Black pepper
to taste
Garlic powder
to taste


1. Remove the seeds from the green peppers and cut into 1-cm wide slices. Peel the carrot and slice into thin rectangular strips. Cut the bacon into 1-cm wide strips.
2. Make a few cuts into the noodles with scissors, then microwave for 1 minute.
3. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the carrot, bacon, and green peppers. Once the vegetables have become tender, add the noodles and hot water, and continue cooking.
4. Once the noodles unravel, add the chicken soup stock, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir-fry and mix together.
