Easy Potato Wedges

These are easy potato wedges made without a flour coating. Have fun coming up with lots of different flavors.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Vegetable oil
as needed
Salt and pepper
to taste
Ketchup or mustard
to serve


1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut into 8 equally sized wedges. Soak the potatoes in water and then pat dry with kitchen towels.
2. Fry the potatoes in oil at 160-170℃, turning the heat up to high at the end. Then, drain the oil and sprinkle with salt while they're still hot.
