Mix the ● ingredients together. Lightly roast the walnuts. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise. Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the apples well and slice into very thin slices.
Pile the vegetables and fruits on a plate and top with the blue cheese and walnuts. Drizzle on the dressing and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe
I used some of the arugula that I grow to make a salad to go with my wine.
English apples are quite small, so if using a Japanese apple, you should be fine with 1/2 an apple. Blue cheese has some sodium in it already, so please adjust the amount of salt you add accordingly. I used Shropshire Blue Cheese.
