Meat Soboro with Lots of Ginger

This is a simple soboro using minced pork. It's versatile, so it's convenient to have some on hand.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground pork
200 g
1 piece
1 clove
2 tablespoons
★Soy sauce
1 1/2-2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
★Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable or sesame oil
as needed


1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Coat a heated frying pan in oil and cook the ginger and garlic on medium heat.
2. Add the pork. Combine the ★ ingredients once the pork has changed color, and stir-fry until the moisture is gone.
3. It's also good if you simmer the minced pork instead of stir-frying it. Mix all the ingredients together in a pot and then turn on the heat.
