I made some vinegary mozuku seaweed using sweet vinegar that I had stocked. This recipe is so simple, all you have to do is mix.

Raw mozuku seaweed
30 g
Sweetened vinegar (Recipe ID: 1725198)
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds
as needed


1. Put the mozuku into a dish. Add the sweet vinegar and cold water. Mix it up and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
