Soft-Poached Egg Yakitori Bowl

It's a garlic rice bowl full of stamina-boosting ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh meat
1 thigh (250 g)
☆Sugar (or artificial sugar)
1 tablespoon (1 teaspoon)
☆Garlic soy sauce (Recipe ID: 1863313)
2 tablespoons
☆Vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Green beans
Soft poached eggs (Recipe ID: 159236))
Shredded nori seaweed
a bit
to taste


1. Make a soft-poached egg. Recipe ID: 1592361.
2. Parboil the green beans in salted water and cut into small pieces. (I use frozen beans).
3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry.
4. Once the chicken is crispy, add the ☆ seasonings. When the sauce reduces, it's done.
5. Fill the rice bowls with rice, then top with the chicken, green beans, chopped tomatoes, and top with the remaining sauce from the frying pan.
6. Top with the egg from Step 1, scatter on the shredded nori, and drizzle with mayonnaise to finish.
7. The poached egg is really creamy. I recommend eating your rice bowl with it thoroughly mixed in.
